Liquid cargo transportation

The main types of substances that are transported in this way are oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, some foodstuffs such as milk, water, molasses, live fish, etc. All these substances have their own characteristics of transportation and storage. That is why it is very important to create exactly the conditions that will be best suited for each specific case.

To reduce the cost of services, our company uses modern types of vehicles, thereby increasing the capacious volume of tanks and increasing the productivity of equipment.

Modern equipment

Tanks are equipped with specialized devices, which create conditions for cooling, heating or thermal insulation. In the case of carriage substances such as paraffin, soap, tar or fuel oil, the temperature conditions must be maintained, since it is very important that the temperature in the tank should be slightly higher than the ambient temperature.
Following these conditions, the transported substances will not freeze on the road. When transporting perishable products, special refrigerated machines are used, which maintain the appropriate temperature regime.
To carry out certain types of work, vehicles are equipped with specialized devices such as pumps, cranes, valves, etc.

Types of tanks for liquid cargo transportation

Transportation by road tankers involves the use of special vehicles, which are of the following types:

  • Illustration

Tanks for the transportation of industrial bulk chemicals. In the production of these tanks is used special steel of the AC-316 brand, which withstands the influence of aggressive substances. These devices are highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.

  • Illustration

Tank trucks for transporting food products. The main feature of such devices is their compliance with established environmental standards, since they have direct contact with food.

  • Illustration

Tank trucks for moving light petroleum products, fuels and lubricants. The main condition for the transportation of such products is increased fire safety and compliance with the established temperature conditions.

Tanks for the transportation of dark oil refined products. To prevent the solidification of oil products, such devices are equipped with special devices that allow the cargo to be heated.

The main differences between these devices are structural features, since they consist of an outer wall and several layers of inner shells. The cavities between the walls are filled with non-flammable substances, which serve as a safety measure against the spread of fire in case of emergency.
